I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were a good size and very clean, but I felt they were a bit small for the price. The service was superb, with the team going out of their way to help me. The location was great for exploring nearby attractions, but a bit noisy. The dining experience was amazing overall.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making the stay enjoyable. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Arbroath. The dining experience, while having good variation and free tea, was lacking in some areas. The hotel had a nice atmosphere but could use improvements in room amenities like a sofa that took up unnecessary space.
